BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS (BCBAs)
At Vinfen, BCBAs act as assistant clinical directors and take on a clinical leadership role by conducting assessments and providing consultation to teams providing services to adults or youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or brain injury.

The Assistant Clinical Director will be part of a highly collaborative team of clinicians who have a passion for helping adults with disabilities achieve a life of quality and meaning. You will work with a diverse population of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder, with co-occurring psychiatric disorders, medical complications, or brain injuries who attend Day Program services.
